Caribbean Sunset

A refreshing and fruity drink that goes perfect with sunny days!

Directions: 3/4 oz Malibu Rum, 3/4 oz Midori Melon Liqueur, 2 oz Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice.

Preparation: Fill glass with ice, mix the Malibu and Midori together, add Cranberry Juice, and then Float Orange Juice on top.

Negroni - Spring Break Special Drink

Spring Break is fast approaching. Let this cocktail transport you somewhere hopefully warm and sunny!

Directions: 1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin, 1.5 oz Campari, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth, and Orange Juice.

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Pour into a rocks glass with ice, garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!

Shamrocker (cocktail)

This drink has a beautiful green color and a refreshing fruity taste!

Directions: 1 oz Hornitos Plata Tequila, 1 oz DeKuyper Melon Liqueur, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, Splash of Orange Juice.
Preparation: 1) Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 2) Shake well.
3) Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. 4) Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!

Green Devil

Looking for a green drink but don't like Irish liqueurs? Then this is the perfect drink for you!

Directions: 1 1/2 oz Gin, 3/4 oz Green Creme De Menthe, 3/4 oz Lime Juice,
Preparation: 1) Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 2) Shake well.
3) Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. 4) Enjoy!

A sweet Irish shot, but not too sweet, just in time for St. Patrick's Day!

Directions: 2 oz Midori melon liqueur, 1/2 oz Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, 1/2 oz Carolan's Irish Cream Liqueur,
Preparation: 1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice 2. Shake very well 3. Strain into a shot glass and enjoy!

Lori's Lemon Coconut Meringue

This frothy & cream lemon cocktail is good enough for dessert!

Directions: Rub the edge of a chilled martini glass with a lemon wedge and dip in a Pina Colada rimmer made of toasted coconut. Add ice, a shot of Malibu Coconut Rum, 1 oz of chilled Limoncello liqueur and 1/2 oz Half & Half cream to a shaker. Shake, shake, shake and pour.

Raspberry Martini

Directions: First, infuse a bottle of good quality vodka with raspberries by adding about a pound of berries to the vodka and let it sit for a week before straining out the berries. Next, use two ounces of the infused vodka, 1/2 ounce of Chambord Liqueur, 1/2 ounce of Cointreau and the juice of one lime, approx. 1 ounce of fresh lime juice, and a dash or two of simply syrup, or to taste. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Royal Flush

Ingredients: 0.5 oz. Crown Royal, 0.5 oz. Peach Schnapps, 0.5 oz. Raspberry Liqueur, 2 oz. Cranberry Juice, 1 Slice Orange.

Preparation: Add cranberry juice, Crown Royal, Raspberry Liqueur and Peach Schnapps. Shake with ice and into highball glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Gator - Bite

Ingredients: 1 oz Captain Morgan Lime Bite, 0.25 oz Apple Pucker, 0.25 Cranberry Juice

Preparation: Combine ingredients into a pint glass and enjoy.

Beer - Bite

Ingredients: 0.75 oz Captain Morgan Lime Bite, 6 oz of Seven Brides Beer.
